What is the Supplemental Academic Support Fee?

As a non-profit organization (501c3), the OPT strives to promote academic and social cohesiveness and recognizes the connection between an excellent education and philanthropic support. We can't fulfill our mission without fundraising. The collection of Supplemental Academic Support Fees are one of the main ways we raise money each year. Examples of ways the funds are used:

  • Events such as Movie Night, the Holiday Store, School Dance, STEAM Fair, Virtual Event Night, Tie Dye Day, Year End Celebration and MORE!

  • Assemblies, Guest Speakers and Parent Education

  • Staff Appreciation, Grants, Teacher Allowances

How much is the fee?

Academic Fees for the 2021/2022 School year are as follows:

$100/1st student

$50/subsequent students

MANY employers participate in corporate matching and this is the easiest way to fundraise! Please inquire as to whether or not your employer participates in a matching program and double your support of the OPT!
