Classroom Allowance Reimbursement Form

*Reimbursement forms MUST be submitted by June 30th of the completed school year. Questions? Email evergreenopt.treasurer@outlook.com. 

The OPT provides each classroom teacher an allowance. Additionally, each specialist receives an allowance.

The allowance amounts are as follows for the 2021-2023 school year:

​

  • Classroom Teachers: $300/annually

  • Specialists: $200/annually

​

Once the form is received, you will receive reimbursement by check within 30 days. Checks will be placed in your staff mailbox.

If reimbursement is of an urgent manner, please contact reach out to the OPT via email.
